En 2023, Javier Milei (líder del partido de ultra-derecha "La Libertad Avanza") asume como presidente de la República Argentina con el 56% de los votos luego de un ballotage. El actual presidente llegó al poder luego de insultar artistas y minorías, negar a los desaparecidos de la última dictadura cívico-militar y prometer un ajuste económico sobre la población argentina, haciendo uso del simbolismo de "la motosierra". En este contexto, "Nop" es una campaña independiente y autoconvocada en contra del conservadurismo y el avance de la ultra-derecha en Argentina.

In 2023, Javier Milei (leader of the ultra-right party "La Libertad Avanza") took over as president of the Argentine Republic with 56% of the vote after a ballotage. The current president came to power after insulting artists and minorities, denying the disappeared people of the last civic-military dictatorship and promising an economic adjustment to the Argentine population, making use of the symbolism of "the chainsaw". In this context, "Nop" is an independent campaign against conservatism and the advance of the ultra-right in Argentina.
